Armed Assault BETA Patch 1.09 (Released)

It seems Bohemia Interactive felt it would be a good idea to give the Armed Assault Community a nice little present just in time for the Holiday Season. The long awaited 1.09 patch is now here but be aware; it's still only in public BETA form.

The nice thing about this patch is that you can install it and run it from a BETA.exe within your ArmA directory. If you still want to use your 1.08 install you still can simply be clicking on your existing desktop and shortcut.exe's.

Theme Related Issues

There seems to be some site level issues that are connected to our current sites theme (for whatever reason). I've tried virtually everything I can think of to correct the issue but nothing has worked. In fact, not even using archived backups has corrected the functionality so I'm forced to re-skin this site once again.
Please note that due to this long and rather involved process, the sites aesthetics may appear somewhat less than "desirable" from time to time. Please bear with me as I am work

I apologize for the long absence folks and the stagnancy of this website but it was a necessity sadly. I do believe however that we'll soon be moving forward once again with this site and the production process.
I've finally secured new hosting in the form of a dedicated server and hope to have all sites within the network (lifesupporters.com) migrated within the upcoming weeks.

BF 2 Movie Mistaken For Terrorist Propaganda

We've all seen this sort of video before: in-game "movies" created by gamers to show off skill, tell a little story, or both. This one, for example, uses Battlefield 2, snippets of Team America: World Police, and a speech by George W. Bush. It's standard fare, really, and nothing particularly newsworthy. Or so it should have been.
Instead, the video was apaprently spotted by US officials, who understood it to be propaganda used by Islamic militants. Perhaps the content wasn't the o
